Soul Healer (“Soul Healer”, “we”, “us”) is a platform operated by ATND Visions that connects people seeking spiritual guidance with independent spiritual advisors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Soul Healer at souls-healer.com or our apps, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details — name, email address, and password (or the basic profile information from your Google account if you sign in with Google).
- Profile information — for advisors, this includes display name, headline, bio, specialties, photo, and rates.
- Content — messages, images, and voice notes you exchange in chats, and reviews you leave.
- Transactions — purchases of diamonds (our in-app credits), gifts sent, and session history.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — app interactions, approximate device/browser type, and log data used to keep the service secure and reliable.
Google account data
- Sign-in — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture to create and secure your account.
- Calendar (advisors only, optional) — if an advisor chooses to connect Google Calendar, we access calendar data solely to create and manage that advisor’s booking availability and appointments. We never use calendar data for any other purpose.
Google API Limited Use. Soul Healer’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide the calendar feature you enabled.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and provide the service.
- To connect seekers with advisors and enable chat, gifts, and sessions.
- To process diamond purchases and session payments.
- To manage advisor availability and appointments where calendar sync is enabled.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
- With people you interact with — the information needed to hold a conversation or session (such as your display name and the messages you send).
- Service providers — trusted vendors who host our servers and process payments on our behalf, bound by confidentiality.
- Legal — where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
