Welcome to Soul Healer, a platform operated by ATND Visions that connects people with independent spiritual advisors. By creating an account or using souls-healer.com or our apps, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

Soul Healer is a marketplace where independent advisors offer readings and guidance (such as tarot, astrology, and energy work) through chat and sessions. Advisors are independent providers, not employees of Soul Healer.

For guidance and entertainment. Soul Healer’s content and sessions are provided for personal insight and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always seek a qualified professional for such matters. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soul Healer.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Advisors

Advisors set their own rates and provide their own services. Soul Healer facilitates the connection and payment but does not guarantee any particular outcome, accuracy, or result of any reading or session.

5. Diamonds and payments

Diamonds are virtual in-app credits used to pay for sessions, chats, and gifts. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Purchases of diamonds are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Prices and diamond costs may change over time.

6. Gifts

You may send virtual gifts to advisors using diamonds. Gifts are a token of appreciation and are non-refundable once sent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse others; share unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; impersonate others; attempt to bypass payments; or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

8. Intellectual property

The Soul Healer name, logo, and platform are owned by ATND Visions and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the content you create and grant us a license to operate and display it within the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any reading or result will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Healer and ATND Visions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
